During September 19 and October 3 2005 Grigore Mora gallery and Freeform Trust worked toghether in a public art project at Casa Ioana (the only night shelter in Bucharest), wich is an ex-comunist market building that has been converted into a living space for 100 homeless people and whose facade eas painted during this project. The exterior walls were painted by romanian and english artists together with the people hosted in the shelter, thus involving them in a creative activity. Grigore Mora gallery cooperates with the public art foundation in London and this year their first joint project took place at Casa Ioana and more art activities were developed at Sfanta Macrina Foundation as well.
